Working with CEREC is a pleasure for me because it makes many things that I used to strive to achieve a lot easier. There are so many advantages: accuracy of fit, accuracy of crown margins, aesthetic appearance, the copy technique - to mirror the surface of an existing tooth, 3D bonding for strength and a full digital record of the preparation and machined device retained for ever in an easily accessible database... just to name a few.
Its also a pleasure for the patient because they are getting an excellent product for a reasonable price and only need a single visit for the treatment, hence no temporary crowns, no second visit to fit crowns (including another injection).
